Full residential interiors typically start from ₹15 lakhs for a 2BHK and ₹20L+ for 3BHK units, depending on material grade, wardrobe count, and finish level. We provide a detailed room-by-room BOQ after the free consultation so you have exact numbers before committing.
A 2BHK full interior takes 45–55 days. A 3BHK with civil work and modular elements takes 60–75 days. We provide a signed timeline milestone chart at project start and you receive weekly site photos and updates.
Yes, within a 15km radius of our studio we accept projects from ₹5 lakhs onwards. Beyond 15km we consider work from ₹10 lakhs. Modular kitchens, standalone wardrobe sets, and bathroom renovations all qualify.
Modular kitchens and wardrobes carry a 10-year structural warranty. Civil and electrical workmanship is covered for 1 year from handover. All snag issues reported in the first 30 days are fixed at no cost.
No. Many of our clients are NRIs or working in other cities. We manage the full site and share structured weekly photo/video updates. All approvals can be done remotely via WhatsApp. You only need to be present for the final walkthrough — or we can do that over a video call too.
